- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★G Van Catering provided the food and bar service for my daughter's wedding in an outdoor venue in the Squamish area. Gregg's planning and logistics advice was spot on perfect. The food was fantastic and I am still hearing praise from guests at the wedding. Every single menu item was delicious. The servers were friendly and professional and Gregg was a breeze to work with.
